The Pernera area has everything you need for a great holiday - Only 50m from shops, traditional or modern tavernas and bars in Pernera itself. Protaras, with its vibrant nightlife, is 3km away (you can walk or cycle to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras in less than 30 minutes along the coast).
Climate
Cyprus enjoys sunny skies and low humidity almost year round. The Pernera area has long dry summers and mild winters. Summer is a time of high temperatures with cloudless skies, but the sea breeze creates a pleasant climate along the coast.

Pernera is an idyllic peaceful location offering a relaxing haven with many charming tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops. Certainly enough for the family and couples to do if you want to combine the beach and pool with a reasonably quiet and relaxing holiday.
Pernera’s Golden Coast Fishing Harbour is a charming location for a stroll (about 3-400m from the Villa along the coastline) where the café is a welcome stop for a snack and drink. If you’re looking for something a little livelier than Pernera; then Protaras, with its vibrant nightlife and famous Fig Tree Bay, is 3km away.
Protaras
Protaras is approximately 3km away from Pernera and is a thriving coastline resort with all manner of restaurants, bars, cafés, tourist shops, watersports, excursions and entertainment to keep you and your family busy.
As night falls, there’s a relaxed atmosphere with the tavernas doing a roaring trade. You have a choice of friendly music bars and several disco’s. You can also enjoy the crystal clear waters of the famous FIG TREE BAY, with activities such as snorkelling, jet-ski-ing, parasailing or anything else which takes your fancy.
Ayia Napa
The popular and lively resort of Ayia Napa is a 10km taxi drive away from Pernera/Protaras where a whole host of sights and activities can be enjoyed by the “young” and “old” amongst us including a more hectic nightlife.
The Villa is approximately 45 mins (45km) from Larnaca airport along the A3 motorway and, as in the UK; you drive on the left hand side.
